Oat Bran Muffins

This recipe will yield 12 servings of approx. 2-1/2 oz each.
Each serving contains approx. 110 calories.
1-1/4 cupoat bran
1 cupunbleached flour
11-ounce packet instant plain oatmeal
3/4 cupraisins (optional)
1 Tbl.baking powder
1 tsp.cinnamon
1/2 tsp.allspice
1-3/4 cupnonfat milk
3egg whites, beaten
1 Tbl.safflower oil
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all of the above ingredients together and pour into muffin tins lightly coated with non stick cooking spray. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
