Another Fruit Flurry
This recipe will yield 8 servings of approx. 7-1/4 oz each. |
Each serving contains approx. 46 calories. |
3 cup | fresh pineapple, chopped | honey to taste1 cup | seedless orange sections | 4 cup | lemon-flavored sparkling mineral water, chilled |

Combine first 3 ingredients in electric blender or food processor; process until smooth. Pour into bowl or pan and cover. Freeze until almost firm. For each serving, scoop 1/2 of a glass full; add 1/2 cup sparkling water. Stir well and serve immediately. |
