Another Fruit Flurry

This recipe will yield 8 servings of approx. 7-1/4 oz each.
Each serving contains approx. 46 calories.
honey to taste
3 cupfresh pineapple, chopped
1 cupseedless orange sections
4 cuplemon-flavored sparkling mineral water, chilled
Combine first 3 ingredients in electric blender or food processor; process until smooth. Pour into bowl or pan and cover. Freeze until almost firm. For each serving, scoop 1/2 of a glass full; add 1/2 cup sparkling water. Stir well and serve immediately.
