TWO FINGER EXERCISE


Stressed or out of sorts? On both hands press your thumbs to forefingers.
Squeeze, close your eyes and take a deep breath, As you exhale, release your fingers slowly. Be sure your shoulders drop. GENTLY rotate your head to one side then the other. Slowly direct yourself to your next task. Take a deep breath and begin.

This week, to thoroughly quench thirst, alternate each cup of coffee or pop with a glass of water.
